We explain the rules of our  share house  to spend a cofortable life

1 Follow the rules and let 's have fun share house life.

2 General instructions
・ Don't forget to turn off the light and the air conditioner.
・ When you go out, be sure to lock the door.
・ Let's always try to keep the house.
・ If you want to use a Item of share house or other person,you must confirm with the owner.
・ Please manage  your possession by yourself.
・ Lending and borrowing something is self-responsibility.

3 food expenses
・We split a food expenses because we want to enjoy eating and talking together. You would pass the receipt to the owner at the end of the month.
* Personal shopping is not included.

4  Laundry
・You can use the laundry machine at any time.
※ Detergent, hanger and laundry clippers are always in stock.

5 Cleaning
・Please clean the allocated place once a week.  Please put a check against the table after it completes.
・We clean the bathroom every day with rotation system.
Please clean and put a
check, if it becomes your responsible day.
